 By utilizing award-winning patented Luminanz technology, MHA Lighting is able to combine all the efficiency benefits of LED Lighting with the light quality benefits of traditional lamps.

The problem with the usual LED Lighting solutions is that the light is emitted too directly to be pleasant or comfortable, but MHA has a unique approach. They shine the light sideways and capture it in an encapsulation rather than directly outwards, providing a safer and efficient light output as it avoids direct contact with the eye.

The 'rod-lite' technology involves using plastic rods to amplify and control the light output, reducing the number of LED's required. This means that they can use high power LEDs, draw less current and have no need to diffuse the output.

Their solution also means they can distribute light consistently, just like traditional fluorescents and halogens.
